OSU Visits Thailand

Dr. Burns Hargis, the President of Oklahoma State University and his wife Ann, accompanied by Dr. Stephen Miller, the Director of the School of International Studies Graduate Program, visited Thailand. The President and the delegations joined an Alumni event held by Dr. Phayung Meesad, the head of OSU Alumni Association of Thailand.
In this trip, the group had a chance to visit four cooperative Universities associated with the Alumni.
- King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) hosted by Prof. Dr. Teravuti Boonyasopon, President.
-Chiang Mai University (CMU) hosted by Dr. Ponsak Angkasit, President.
-Maejo University (MJU) hosted by Dr. Thep Phongparnich, President.
-Rajamangala University of Technology-Lanna (RMUTLL) hosted by Dr.Chaiyong Eurviriyanukul, President.
The purpose of the visit was to meet with administrative teams in order to discuss cooperative activities between OSU and the Institutions.
