Academic Advisor’s Guide to Study Abroad at OSU

We prepared this guide for you, the academic advisor, because we recognize how integral you are to the study abroad process. First and foremost, it is you who often meets the student for the first time and who may first suggest the idea of study abroad. It is also you who helps the student incorporate study abroad into a degree program and who can determine which courses taken abroad will apply to the degree program at OSU.

Recognizing the role you play in the study abroad process, we want to provide you the tools you need to best help your students decide where they can study and in which types of programs, and how they can fund their international experience.
